Why Ozzi Reviews exists
The craving and weight-management aisle is a mess of proprietary blends, mega-dose marketing, and stimulant pills dressed up as science. We built Ozzi Reviews to compare these products the way a careful buyer would.
Where we stand (up front)
Ozzi Reviews is published by the team behind Ozzi. We are not pretending to be a neutral third party. What we can promise is that the customer reviews here are real and verified — collected from Ozzi's own reviews and shown verbatim — and that the comparisons score every product, Ozzi included, on the same public rubric, with real downsides listed for each.
What we do
We show real customer reviews with photos, and we profile each product on the same structured facts — ingredients, disclosed doses, hunger-pathway coverage, price, and format — scored on a consistent five-axis rubric. Every claim is structure/function, every downside is listed, and every dose we report is one a brand actually discloses.
How we stay useful
Two things make a comparison worth reading even from a brand: consistency and honesty about trade-offs. So we rank by the same rubric for everyone, we concede the niches where a competitor genuinely wins (best capsule, best value, best for daytime energy), and we name real watch-outs — Ozzi's own included.
Who writes this
Ozzi Reviews is researched and written by The Ozzi Reviews Team. We are not clinicians, and nothing here is medical advice — we summarize publicly available product facts and the published literature in plain English. If you take medication or have a health condition, talk to your own clinician before starting any supplement.
Our editorial standards
- Verifiable facts only. Ingredients, doses, formats, and prices come from official labels and sources. Doses hidden in proprietary blends are marked unknown — we never guess a number.
- Structure/function language. No disease claims, no treatment claims, no weight-loss guarantees.
- Real reviews only. Customer reviews are genuine and verified, shown in the customer's own words. We never write, edit, or invent a review.
- Real downsides for everyone. Every product, Ozzi included, gets its honest watch-outs.
- One public rubric. The same five axes and the Value Index formula are published on our methodology page so anyone can re-check our scores.
- Disclosed relationships. Ozzi Reviews is published by the Ozzi team, and some links are affiliate links. Both are disclosed site-wide, and every product is scored on the same rubric regardless.
