Ozzi worked very well to eliminate nighttime cravings after dinner, which is what I needed. I recommend it to anyone seeking a way to quash these cravings and prevent weight gain from it. Your body will be able to burn fat during the night and lose the extra fat accumulated from nighttime eating.

I keep it next to my sink so I remember to take it every morning. I had definitely helped reduce my hunger in the mornings!

Good treat. I drink it twice a day: after lunch and after dinner. It helps distract from wanting candy. It does mellow hunger an bit until it’s meal time. All the flavors are very nice.

I just started taking Ozzi. But I'm so glad I have!! I bought one tart flavor (Cherry Limeade) and one sweet (Peach Elderflower). I'm glad for the heads-up about the slight funky scent, because that would have been a turn off if I wasn't ready. I notice the funkiness more in the limeade, but it's not terrible. And in the peach? Oh, it's just a lightly sweet drink. I enjoy it, and I'm glad to have this as a healthy choice tool.

They only call it placebo effect when it works, right? I've been pleasantly surprised by Ozzi! Sure, the butyrate smell isn't awesome but it dissipates the second the powder is mixed in. The mix is SWEET so I dilute it with plenty of water or seltzer and have it after breakfast. One night I was worried I was feeling particularly peckish and had a second packet and was good through the morning. I have definitely noticed it slowing down bowel transit but have noticed I feel fuller, so I'm happy to keep it going and reorder!

I have to admit I complained about the smell and they were so quick to respond!! Refunded one of my bags. I continued with the process and tried a shaker bottle and straw. The taste is great. Smell takes some getting used to. But it is a process. This is a fantastic company.!! The capsules are great.

I tried it the first day and cravings were about the same, then I did 2 with recommend hours in between and I could tell the difference in my cravings. I love there is no caffeine also

LOVE the capsules! I tried the sticks almost a year ago. I could feel the effects, but my partner hated the smell which made it hard to be consistent about it. The capsules are a game changer. I can take them at home and at work which has made staying consistent way easier. I struggle with overeating and the capsules really help reduce that consistent food noise and help me stop when I’m full.

I like the ease of the capsules. All of the flavors I’ve tried are great, especially the cherry limeade. Definitely recommend both products!

I have IBS-D so I was worried this could make my problem worse but actually it seems to help. I definitely feel full but not painful. I’m hoping the butyrate will help reduce inflammation, but it’s too early to say. Food noise is still present but more manageable.
